I was brought into the project two months prior to go-live to get the brand deliverables organized, designed, approved, and back on track to deliver on time. This included managing internal and external design resources, routing and tracking approvals, and managing the quality, execution, and installation all while working from Beaverton, Oregon.
Due to the incredible short timeline of six weeks to execute and deliver, the in country team and vendors could not guarantee the delivery of the TYO footwear innovation wall, I was able to leverage my partnerships with a local vendor Forge Graphics work, to design and fabricate the TYO wall, which included a custom shipping box so that it would arrive in Japan undamaged. For the Eugene Library bark wall, I collaborated with a company out of North Carolina to determine the amount of bark needed, select the proper grade and color of wood and manage the shipment through customs and arrival at our contractor in Tokyo to execute this wall.
